Brief

OUR INITIAL MEETING IS TO ESTABLISH THE BRIEF.  What your expectations are from the service.  Conducted  from a site visit, studio appointment, off plan from your architect drawings or simply from photographs, we can establish with you your specific requirements for the project to create the new look for your home, office or development.

  • Draw up a design fee for the whole project

Concept

OUR DESIGN SERVICES COVER A THREE STAGE PROCESS.

  • CO-ORDINATION

After taking the Brief and agreeing the time scale and design fee.  We then draw up for review a concept , which comprises a moodboard, sketches, any structural changes and general layouts.

Design Development here we move on to developing the interior.  Any layout changes, lighting and producing detailed drawings of any furniture, sourcing for all furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), obtaining samples, creating storyboards and obtaining prices.

We work closely with you at all stages, encouraging you to be involved as much as you wish in providing feedback, to ensure you achieve the end result that's right for you.

dESIGN

YOUR CO-ORDINATOR WILL LIAISE WITH SUPPLIERS AND ARRANGE DELIVERIES AND ASSIST YOU WITH ADVISING CONTRACTORS, AND SCHEDULING SMALL WORKS.

​

They will arrange payment of goods and deposits, provide statements of your account, order and schedule deliveries of materials and goods and advise you on any delays or changes.

  • Central support from our main office.

  • On site over view of design.

  • Enjoy access and support from the interior designer exclusive accounts and major home suppliers with which we have trade accounts.
